By using DoHo, provided by DoHo Labs Private Limited, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install App.

1. Service description

DoHo provides guided emotional-wellness micro-practices and reflective tools. It is a wellness app only — not a medical service.

2. No Medical Claims

DoHo is not a substitute for professional medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. We make no medical claims. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for account security and for providing accurate information. DoHo may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, names, marks and technologies are owned by DoHo Labs or licensed partners. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Payments are processed by platform payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized gateways).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled as per the platform’s cancellation policy.
Refunds follow platform policies and applicable consumer law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DoHo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of DoHo.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DoHo Labs harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, illegal behavior, or misuse.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. We’ll post the new effective date in the app and on www.doho-labs.com.
